Mobile, Alabama is a coastal city known for its Christmas lights and countless holiday activities. If you are looking for the perfect place to spend your holiday vacation, consider this southern city. The Bellingrath Gardens is home to the annual “Magic Christmas in Lights” light show, which is full of dazzling displays of color and floral pageantry. There are even opportunities to take pictures with Santa or listen to choral performances.
This drive-through Christmas light show is now open until Jan. 3, 2018. The lights are over a million LEDs and are programmed to play Christmas music. There are two 21-foot tall Christmas trees to view at the display. The best part of the night is that it is a great way to get out of the house and avoid the freezing temperatures. You won’t have to worry about getting wet or soaking in the cold.
The Christmas Nights of Lights event is a drive-through Christmas light show that runs through Jan. 3, 2018. The show is free for kids three and under, and costs six dollars per person, plus tax. The park will run rain or shine. A special tour will guide you through the lights in the dark. The price of the event is $6 per adult, and children under three are free. It is also important to note that this is an all-ages event and admission is limited to a general public.
